RAPID PROTOTYPING

​Our engineers specialize in designing fixtures and other components to utilize the ever expanding 3D printing and rapid prototyping technologies. We utilize rapid prototyping to ensure our designs properly adhere to the precision and accuracy requirements of locating and fixturing. 

3D printing can also be a cost effective manufacturing solution for consumable items such as pads and inserts which would otherwise have to be traditionally machined. This saves not only on material but also helps in streamlining production changeover on machinery as well as making changeover much simpler.
